Maybe this product fits best on small dogs with melon-shaped noggins? The head/eyes part didn't fit my medium-sized boxer at all. Also, the back legs kept flopping around - a second strap to secure it to the dog's torso would have been helpful.

My dog isn't very tall but he does have a stout chest. This fit just fine on him (to his mild displeasure). However, it did need some holes on the head for the ears. Dog breeds with small ears would be fine, however, any dog with floppy ears will be extremely uncomfortable. I had to cut 2 holes for his ears so it wouldn't slip down his head.
Overall, for a dog costume, this is a pretty good product.
