This dress looks exactly as pictured. The little halter ties are long enough to be adjustable for most small dogs and the ruffles add color and bounce.
A nice, feminine touch are the strawberry tassels on the back that bounce with her wiggles and steps. All in all, a very cute dress. The only draw back is the fabric. It feels and acts like polyester...doesn't breathe on a hot dog...so I put this dress on when I know she won't get overheated.
Would I buy it again? Yes.
