This costume is really cute, yet it was very hard to keep on my puppy dog. I got it for a special, Thanksgiving funny session, yet my puppy dog was not amused one bit. The turkey head doesn't fit easily and would not stay in place. The photos we took made it look like my puppy had an evil turkey thing attached to her back as a symbiotic host type arrangement. She finally showed her annoyance by laying down and hiding her face to play invisible, you know....NUMBER 5 - INVISIBLE just like from the movie - YOU, ME, & DUPREE. The costume is cute, but not practical for any length of time that translates into fun for the humans or the dog. If you want to have some fun photos as keep sakes, then get the turkey. This was a cute outfit for our 60lb black lab. The first time we put it on her, she wanted to tear it off, so we let her wear it a few times to get her used to it before Halloween. It looked really nice on her black coat since it blended in.
We did have a few complaints though. Despite this being a large, it was pretty small for our dog and didn't extend back to the base of her tail, but didn't look too bad. The wings were pretty smashed from shipping, and the hood doesn't stay up on the dog's head.

They don't like the head piece very much, but it is super cute!

I can't recommend buying this costume. I purchased this and the Dorothy costume. Love the Dorothy costume, very well made but I had the same issue with the tin Man as the other reviewer did, the arms came off. And, as they also said, because of the fact that it only goes on the front of them, it runs huge! I have a Yorkie, I first bought a medium because that's what size he usually takes, it was tremendous. So I tried the small, but there is barely any difference between the two. The legs on the small are slightly thinner but the suit is still the same length. It doesn't come in an extra small but I can't imagine that it would make much of a difference even if it did.
Bottom line, unless you have a dog with very long legs and you own a glue gun to put the arms back on, I would steer clear of this costume.Tin Man

When I received it, it was huge, so I sent it back and exchanged it for a Small. When I received the small, it fit her around her body but was way to short. It looked more like an x-small. The difference between the size small to medium was very significant. I will have to return this one too. I bought this after measuring my dog to make sure based on the sizing guidelines that it would fit, unfortunately to my surprise it does not come true to the sizing it advertises, and was too small. initially i requested to have a larger size sent and was told that they did not have a larger size- further i was told i could return it but would be charged a 20% restocking fee as well as they would deduct the shipping charges for sending it to me. I will never buy from pets go here.com ever again. I have had to call Amazon to advise of the situation and have returned the product - as soon as i figure out what they are going to do with my refund will dictate if i have to file an investigation with Amazon Very disappointing being that i really liked the product but got EXTREMELY terrible service from the company. Bought this for our Beagle mix (medium size) and she doesn't seem to mind wearing it. When the cap is on, your four-legged Yankees fan will certainly get a lot of compliments and attention. I get stopped all the time. Quality wise, it is not too bad, but clearly a cheaply made item, not like an official Yanks bb cap, but then again, it is not priced like that either. As for fit, a elasticized chin strap goes around the head and the ears go out each ear opening. My dog has floppy ears so it works well. The tux is well made and adorable, I would have rated 5 stars but the fact that it states "for dogs 6-14lbs" is ridiculous.My dog weighs 9lbs and it barely fit,I even measured my dog before I placed the order,and I was still disappointed at how small it actually is. The only reason it fit my dog is because he is a hairless chinese crested.It also does NOT come with a top hat. Overall the SIZES run SMALL so if you normally get a size SM for your dog I recommend getting a MEDIUM.Runs small
I would agree that this runs small. I bought this for a 6 lb chihuahua. He is a little round in the belly so I figured since the sizes were xxs, xs, s, m, etc that small would be more than big enough. It fit, but was snug around his neck. I have no complaints because its adorable and fits. I do feel a medium would be to big for him though. Otherwise adorable and perfect.Perfect for a Holland Lop Rabbit
My rabbit is 2-3lbs, Holland Lop bunny. This tux fits him perfectly. He doesn't fight to take it off and it was easy to put on.
Sizing - I usually buy my bunny SMALLS from Petco and Petsmart clothes (dog clothes) they sell there. So I figured he'd be a SMALL with this.
Fitting - he was fine wearing it. He walked around with it on.
He wore it for a pet contest and he looked great in it!

This is the same review I posted for the rainbow colored collar. What I expected-- a cute, fun, and girly party collar for my 10 month old puppy. She doesn't mind wearing the collar and the rhinestone ends add sparkle. Some of the rhinestones have fallen off, but I expected that. Only a few, not enough to affect the overall look of the collar. Overall, a recommended buy to dress up your girl dog. Too girly for a boy dog.It's ok but.....
This looked good on my dog for his first birthday but there was little blue "gems" on the ends of "fabrics points". I found all these gems on the floor throughout my house. good size for my corgis
I bought both the mustard and ketchup hotdogs for my two corgis. I agree with other reviewers that the sizing is a bit confusing. The large fits my corgis perfectly, and this breed is not typically considered large dogs, so make sure to measure your dogs before ordering. My dogs are about 20-24 inches from neck to tail, and weigh a little less than 30 lb. I have also added a "customer image" up there on this page so you will have a better idea if you are considering buying this costume (and of course to show off my cute dogs...). Since I didn't want to spend too much money but do want to dress them up for the Halloween, I think this was a good choice. And the shipping was fast!Horrible quality!
I just received my order, and I have to say I am very disappointed in this product. I actually have to sew one of the Velcro straps on, because it is not even attached! Was actually worried about the size, other than having to roll the back legs once, it fit perfect.
I ordered an extra small for my puppy and it seemed slightly big, my daughters made a joke about him

I bought two of these for my dog and my sister's dog, both in XL. My dog, Maggie, has the build of a lab (deep chest, small stomach, long legs) with a neck measurement of 18 inches and a girth measurement of 29 inches. She weighs about 40 pounds and is very much on the skinny side. This outfit was a bit big for her around the waist, but the length was perfect so we doctored it up a bit with some velcro for a tighter fit and it worked perfectly. It must have been comfortable because she was content to wear it for a few hours on halloween without any issues. My sister's dog, Bailey, has a very similar to build to Maggie but isn't as thin. She stands a few inches taller and has the same neck measurement off 18 inches but a bit larger girth at 30 inches. The costume fit her a little better as she isn't as skinny and again the length was perfect. She didn't mind the costume either and wore it a few hours halloween night. The costume seems to be well made and we didn't have any...Excellent outfit

The sizing was WAY off. I measured my dog as suggested and requested the proper size even though I though it would be too big. Turns out it was too small, WAY too small. My dog is 20" from shoulder to base of tail and is very lean. The jacket we received, a large, is at least 4" too short and doesn't even come close to fitting around his chest (we cannot get his legs in at all). It's a shame to be inconvenienced like this. I hate having to go to the post office to ship something off because of a seller/manufacturer error.
This jacket is not at all stretchy but it has front facing sleeves and a front closure. Be careful putting this on your dog as you never want to pull a dog's front legs out to the side. Also there is a very stiff velcro closure that runs the length of the front. This may be uncomfortable for dogs and may prevent them from curling into a ball to rest. It would be much better if the closure was on the back as this would eliminate both problems. Also if the...Great Coat
I have a blue Doberman with alopecia that has very thin hair. In the winter I needed something nice and warm for her to wear so the poor thing didn't have to go out and freeze being somewhat bald. This coat is great. The lining is nice and cozy and she has no problems running or carrying on as she likes to. Just make sure you actually measure your dog to order the correct size. I had to order larger than what was suggested for the breed because my dog is broad chested.Read the other reivews
The measuring guide and this coat weren't made for a boxer/pitbull. The coat was clearly too long, but I knew I could fix that. However the shoulders are so narrow that it makes it almost impossible to get on. After much fussing and swearing, my dog tolerated me putting this on him. It was too long and interfered with his elimination process clearly ruining any chance of a return. I still have hopes that I will be able to alter it so it will work. However, I have only gotten it on him the one time.
I gave it two stars because the construction and materials appear to be something worthy of a typical Minnesota winter. I am thankful that this isn't a typical winter and I have some time to find something that will work for my dog.> Click to See Editorial Reviews
