Can't recommend
I can't recommend buying this costume. I purchased this and the Dorothy costume. Love the Dorothy costume, very well made but I had the same issue with the tin Man as the other reviewer did, the arms came off. And, as they also said, because of the fact that it only goes on the front of them, it runs huge! I have a Yorkie, I first bought a medium because that's what size he usually takes, it was tremendous. So I tried the small, but there is barely any difference between the two. The legs on the small are slightly thinner but the suit is still the same length. It doesn't come in an extra small but I can't imagine that it would make much of a difference even if it did.
Bottom line, unless you have a dog with very long legs and you own a glue gun to put the arms back on, I would steer clear of this costume.

Tin Man
After getting the tin man costume out of the package, the arms fell off. I ordered a small for my dog and it is HUGE. Buy smaller if you want it to fit your dog. Not very pleased. Oh well.
