It attaches on the chest with velcro and it kept coming off. Very cute. If you get it just pin it with a saftey pin or sew on some buttons or something.My bulldog loved it!

We purchased this for our medium sized 3 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback and it's absolutely adorable on him! I seriously wish he could wear this all the time, and it fits him great. We first purchased it in the Large size, however, it didn't fit around his arms and shoulders. Marley usually wears a Large in all of his Halloween costumes, but because the way the tuxedo is made, you have to put it through one arm first and around to the other. My only recommendation would be to order one size larger and it will fit great! Our guests are going to love seeing him in this and also him being apart of our special day. This coat has a bit more coverage than some others I have tried, which stuck out on the sides and didn't seem to fit snugly. This one wraps around a bit more which I love, and covers more of the back and neck, without interfering with the leash and collar. You can even turn up the collar.
I also like the the flaps that wrap around are higher on the chest rather than on the stomach, so they don't interfere with a male dog when he is trying to urinate.
As for the negatives- - both sides are made of the same material, so neither is truly water resistant, which would help in inclement weather. The other coat I have for my boy is nylon on the outside, so water just runs off. Also, sizing is a bit hard for my guy- not the fault of the company, as my 53 pound Staffie is built like a short, little tank, and the coat is a tad too long on his back and a tad too tight around the middle. (Size Large). The velcro pulls loose after a block or two, so not good for us. My 63...Nice quality but my dog does not really like the crinkly sounds it makes when he moves
Very nicely made, but it makes a lot of crinkly noises when my dog moves, which takes him at least 10 min to get used to it before he will stop trying to get it off. He has no problems with the "noiseless"" ones, so I know it is the sound it makes that annoys him. My dogs loved the squeak buddies toys that I bought at our local pet store. These are listed as squeak buddies, but they are really bottle buddies. They have the plastic bottle inside that makes them crunchy, but they don't have the squeaker top on the bottle which is what makes them squeak buddies. I kept them because the dogs like these too, but just be aware that you aren't getting the squeakers with these.Crunchy goodness.

I love how this little jacket looks. I got the small size for my 7lb chihuahua (he's a little on the large size, not due to obesity or anything, he's just proportionally a bit bigger than other chihuahuas), and it's a little long for his torso. However, it's not so big that it inhibits his ability to urinate while wearing it (or making a mess on it), so I figure it will do just fine regardless. He is not fond of having it put on him, but he tolerates it and it's very warm and great for cold weather. It has velcro along the bottom/belly for closure, which at first I disliked, but quickly learned to love - it makes for quicker putting on and taking off, while allowing me to close it a bit diagonally to leave a bit open toward the back. Also, it doesn't come undone easily, so no worries about it coming off while we're walking.
I definitely recommend this jacket, but I also encourage double checking measurements for your dog for sizing. Their sizes are a little bit different...Great quality; sizing is very off...
The material is great. I can definitely see this keeping my little yorkie warm... If it would only fit. My yorkie is about 4 lb., 9 in long and 7 in tall. I ordered an xxsmall because description says it fits a 10 1/2 in length dog, but it didn't even come close. Not only was it extremely short, but super tight as well. The legs also seemed oddly cut. I'm going to return it and get an xsmall. Hopefully, that will fit because it really does have potential. I have a husky that's about 45 to 50 pounds and looks really lean. After putting it on my dog, he gave me the most awful look and seemed really embarrassed to walk around it in. To make matters worse, the hat is a sorry excuse for an animal. The elastic is so loose and long, I had to tie a big knot in it to tighten it. Doing all of this "manual" work is the exact reason I was skeptical on buying this size "SMALL" for my dog. If I wanted to do this extra work, I would have just ordered a Large and had a blast sewing and knotting everything. Needless to say, I was really aggravated at the extra fabric. I got the x-large, and it was still too small for my 82 pound dog. Further, the skunk tail doesn't have a loop on it, or anything that will help you keep it straight on your dog's back (you know, by putting it over the tail). This sweater was true to its size. Other sweaters I have bought were either too big or too small. My dog loves the warmth provided by this sweater.super cute.

Ordered this jacket for our 14 pound Maltese Shih Tzu mix. Ordered an XL based on sizing information and reviews that jacket ran very small and to order a size or two larger (our dog normally takes a medium in most clothing). This jacket was HUGE. The sizing information is very difficult to understand. Length is easy but what the heck does it mean by "width". Most dog clothing measurements are stated by length and girth, not width. Our dog has a girth of 18" and this jacket was way too big. Seller needs to more clearly state sizing on these jackets b/c it's next to impossible to figure out what size you really need based on "width" (are you supposed to measure their side from the spine to belly and double it or what??? Makes no sense. Quality of the jacket, however, was very good and would love to order one that would actually fit if I could ever figure out their sizing!Nicely made.

I bought this for my Chinese Crested (hairless)who is always cold and he LOVES them!
These stay on ALL night.I think these pjs are adorable.
And I definitely recommend these.
The sizing is accurate.And itt provides enough warmth but light enough that he doesn't overheat.

I'm at that life stage in which hot flashes are the norm, so my hubby says he and our dog are currently forced to endure near Arctic conditions every night, LOL. I've tried different pajamas from many different makers for our 9 1/2 lb Coton Tzu and, for the money, Fashion Pet makes my favorites in terms of warmth, longevity, price point, and -- from what I can tell -- comfort. My top choice is actually Fashion Pet's thermal long johns, which come in waffle weave fabrics and, i think, 3 color options. I think they still make them, anyway.
However ... Their striped PJs without the waffle weave do come in a close second.
Both types are easy to put on and take off, both stretch comfortably so that the dog doesn't feel constricted or too tightly bound, both give warmth without making her too hot, like a flannel might, and both wear well wash after wash. The ONLY thing that makes Fashion Pet's striped versions come in second to their waffle weave versions, in my...Blue Long John's

The only down side is that if your doggy is not that big of a fan for tight velcro fasteners, you're going to have a tough time dressing him with this. Also, it doesn't seem to stay put after a while and I have to unfasten the velcro and fasten it back for it to look nice again! Stretchy red tank, they only had extra large, but I ordered anyway, I have a friend sewing to exact size for my dog. The one problem I have is the quality of material. Ruff Ruff is usually right up there w/Zack & Zoey quality clothing, this was absolutely NOT! Why? I do not know. I did not have a problem paying the price since I have purchased from Ruff Ruff before, but this was definitely not worth the 20.00. Was very disappointed.
