This doggy outfit fits perfectly. The outfit is made of quality material and is constructed very well. Excellent deal. I wish I could find more items that fit this well, this affordable, that were made with this level of quality.
Needed alterations to fit a dog, arm holes are too far apart!
The shipping was timely and the product arrived in new condition; however, the design of the dress was more closely related to a doll's dress--specifically relating to the placement of the arm holes. They are sewn so that the fabric between them is of equal length; they are located exactly on either side of the body. This would be fine for a doll but a doggie's legs are close together on one side with a large amount of fabric needed to cover their back. I had to sew two new panels of fabric on either side of the back lace up panel on the back and then I had to sew pleats in the tummy panel to take in extra fabric. The end result was a dog dress as opposed to a doll dress. I have a 19lb shiba inu and the dress circumference was on target to begin with, but the location of the arm holes made it un-wearable. After hours of tailoring, I can make it work in time for her to wear it this weekend for an event. If I wouldn't have ordered it so long in advance, I would have returned it since it...
