Such a wonderful costume!!!
The hat and collar are wonderful and the packaging was a delight!!! I also loved all the personal touches included with this order :) This is a wonderful 4th of July costume and is very well made! Thank you so much! I am now hooked on Pampered Whiskers and will be back to buy more!!!!
