I very much wanted this costume to work, because we have a black & white Springer Spaniel and she would have looked really cute in it. However, we ordered a size large for our 70 pound dog and this costume was not even close to fitting her - way too small! It might have fit a Beagle or a dog of that size. Unfortunately, I just didn't have time to return it and ended up donating it to a charity.
