It is a fun little costume, I took her for her evening walk around the neighborhood on Halloween. It was a bit too small for my dog, so I'll find a friend with a somewhat smaller dog and give it to them for next Halloween.
Pro's:
It is well made with heavier fabric than I expected.
There is an elastic loop in the back that goes under the dog's tail to keep the costume from riding up toward the dog's neck. The sleeves for the dog's front legs keep the costume from slipping sideways.
Con's:
My cocker spaniel is 25 lbs. (which isn't big for a cocker spaniel) and though the description lists that size as appropriate for a cocker it was a bit too small. It really wasn't long enough over her back and it was stretching the loop a lot to get it under her tail.
I had no luck trying to get the hood to stay on her head. It also was a bit too small and I had to stretch it forward to get it over her head. She would then just shake her head...Great costume but not pug friendly
This item is so cute and is a good quality costume and was shipped quickly to me, but unfortunately they didn't list the width measurements so it won't fit my pug. We have run into this issue before because of the way costumes are built. Otherwise this would be a great costume!Zack and Zoey Costumes are excellent quality

This costume is really cute on, my biggest issue was keeping it on the dog! If your dog is happy to wear a costume, you should have no worries. You will get the desired laughs. The only negative for this item is that I wish the material had been a little better/nicer. But, it's only for 1 day a year, so who really cares?Great costume

I bought this for my Shetland sheepdog who is 33 pounds. I bought the X-Large size based on other reviews that the costume runs small. I usually buy him a large. This costume runs BIG. The X-large was way too big for him! It's still a cute costume though, and I still plan to use it. It has two Velcro closings - one around the neck and one under the stomach. Easy to put on and to take off! The little antennae at the top have bendy wires in them so you can pose them how you like. The Large said it should fit 10-16lbs dogs and it was HUGE on my 15lb french bulldog puppy. The quality seemed good...I would have exchanged it for the medium but it was unavailable. These are pretty well made dog PJ's. I would give more stars but the size runs very small, my Papillon is only 9 lbs and 13 inches long from neck to tail base. The measurement chart show that small should fit her, instead they are short in length and a bit snug. Peaches is slender and shaved for summer, so I am sure this is just stingy sizing on the manufacturers part. I would order the medium next time as these are 100% cotton and will shrink. The color and striped pattern is very cute though and the material thick enough to keep her warm until our mountain nights warm up.cute, but sized wrong
These pj's are cute but sized way wrong. They appear to be able to fit a 13 to20 pound dog......not a 3 pound dog that does battle with stuffed squirrels. Returns from outside Amazon vendors have been a nightmare from my experience so far. This product must be returned, and as a result, I wish I would not have bothered buying them due to the hassles. My suggestion....pass on this outfit....there are many other ones out there that are sized correctly avoiding return hassles.Cute Little Pink & Green Doggy PJ's
These pj's are adorable!! Great material...not too thick or too thin! My 11 lb shih-tzu loves her pj's! The only bad thing about these are that after having them on for a few minutes, her arms & legs start to come out. I don't know why because they fit her everywhere else & if I got them any smaller, she wouldn't be able to even get them on to begin with! So, I don't know what to tell you about that, except to say that if you sew, you could take them up a little by the arms & legs that way it would be a little tighter in that area, but not all over?? I haven't tried that yet, but I'm getting ready to, so when I do, I'll come back and edit this review. But, these PJ's are just cute!! All my neighbors have taken pics of her in them so I would definitely suggest these to other people. This is an excellent jumper. I ordered a 16" large for my ShihTzu Hampshire.
The fabric is extremely high quality and it fits perfectly. It is made of thick high quality fleece cotton with bold zig zag yellow stitching on the two back pockets.
On the back legs, there are yellow and black racing strips with black and yellow contrasting zig zag stitching that are positioned on the outside of the legs.
The front legs and sides have a bright orange/yellow fleece fabric with black ribbon that gives the garment a chic appeal. The jumper has a silver metal snap at the collar.
This garments must be slipped over the head. I really like the oversized collar because it gives the jumper a masculine touch. More importantly, the legs stay on when Hampshire jumps or moves.
There is a surfer design on the back in orange, white, and brown. The two surfers are holding surf boards on the shoreline.

My Chihuahua is a complete mutant, so finding things that fit & keep him warm are a challenge.
This is long enough that it covers down his back. The end reaches the base of the tail, and for most dogs would cover. I do not use the leg straps b/c it just isnt quite long enough. It does fit around his body/chest perfectly.
He is proportionally like a whippet, just smaller.
It is also, somewhat, washable. I have put in on the gentle cycle a few times and it is holding up wellDoggie sweater

My Yorkie wears dresses every day. Not one has ever ripped. She was to wear this beautiful dress for our wedding Before the ceremony she was coming down the stairs she step on the lining and it ripped. Needless to say she didn't get to wear it at the weddingUtterly Precious!
I have a 3 year old Shih Tzu, tan and white. I swore I wouldn't do it when I got her... Wouldn't torture her with silly outfits and hairbows. And the first time someone handed me a tiny hairbow, what did I do? I caved. She's just so DARN cute!!! Thus began a steady quest of collecting precious outfits and accessories for my little girl, who, thankfully, bucks a little bit at the idea of putting on or taking off clothes, but doesn't seeem to notice or care that she's wearing it once it's on.
Being tan and white, it's hard to find the right color for her clothes. White and pastel colors tend to wash her out, dark colors tend to contrast too much, and colors like pink and blue don't really go with tan. So when I saw this, with all the gold trim, I thought it would go with her color beautifully, and it does!

These are adorable on my little dog. The sizing was very accurate, and they exactly what I needed for my little dog. She needed shoes because she would start to lift her feet when she would be in the snow because of how cold it was. These definitely took the cold off.
