My Chihuahua is a complete mutant, so finding things that fit & keep him warm are a challenge.
This is long enough that it covers down his back. The end reaches the base of the tail, and for most dogs would cover. I do not use the leg straps b/c it just isnt quite long enough. It does fit around his body/chest perfectly.
He is proportionally like a whippet, just smaller.
It is also, somewhat, washable. I have put in on the gentle cycle a few times and it is holding up well
Doggie sweater
I bought this sweater because it looked very warm. When it arrived it was as described. Sizing was right and seems to be a cozy sweater for the fall. I ranked this a 4 because when I put this on my chihuahua, Louwegie, he growls at me! I beleive its the strings that goes around each leg he does not like...which hold the sweater down on his back.
