The squeakers are definitely tough but the toy fabric is of very poor quality. My dog had all three squeakers ripped out of the toy within 10 minutes.

I have this short one and a long one, three dogs who play with them even tug of war. I have never had one come apart nor had one chewed up. Two of my dogs are chewers.
