It was cheap just like a costume. I must warn you all that this one is pretty exact when it comes to size. After reading a lot of reviews, I went up a couple sizes which was a mistake. Medium sized dog? Get a medium.
The cape isn't connected to the legs. So, it will slid around to the underbelly of my dog which was pretty awful since it was muddy out. We ended up not even competing in the costume contest.
